NAMI Signature Programs
We are excited about our plans to implement many of the NAMI Signature Education Programs and other NAMI Programs to meet our local community's mental health needs. With caregiver programs in English established, we are focusing on implementing NAMI programs with consumer participation and those to meet ethnic and cultural needs of our community.

Other Services
Mentor on Discharge ® (MoD)
The MoD (Mentor on Discharge ®) program has been shown to reduce the re-hopitalization rate of psychiatric patients in an acute care psychiatric hospital by 72.3%. The MoD program has been implemented by NAMI Alameda County South. With a Kaiser Permanente Community Benefits Grant, we are now providing mentor services to John George Psychiatric Hospital and Telecare Heritage Hospital.
